Sunday: The Holy Trinity - faith, hope and charity/ the love of God/ Conformity to the word of God and/or the desire for heaven.
Monday: The Holy Spirit - duties of your state of life/ Sanctify your actions/ Faithfulness to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
Tuesday: The Holy Angels - Ruling your passions/ the virtues/ sinning and forgiveness.
Wednesday: St Joseph - the Childhood of Jesus/ works of mercy/ example of the saints.
Thursday: The Blessed Sacrament - humility/ silence/ forbearance/ The Mass.
Friday: The Passion - fraternal charity/ Obedience to the Father/ God’s love for us.
Saturday: Our Lady - Love of Our Lord/ purity/ obedience/ gentleness.
